Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, also known as ADHD, can cause hyperactivity or impulsiveness. Symptoms of ADHD include difficulty in paying attention, aggression, anger and depression. People with ADHD may also face challenges in taking the adequate nutrition required for the body. “Understanding the common challenges that impact ADHDers around food is so important so you can build strategies that make sense for your brain and allow you to get the fuel you need,” wrote Therapist Meredith Carder.
