NORTH SMITHFIELD – A mother and son team is taking over a cafe known for their healthy smoothies and teas.

Alyssa Bourk and her adopted son, Jay Bailey, residents of Woonsocket, are the new co-owners of Rise Up Nutrition at 900 Slatersville Plaza.
