NORMAN – The Oklahoma men’s tennis team will host Oral Roberts on Saturday, Jan. 20, with a doubleheader to follow on Sunday, Jan. 21, against UT Arlington and Illinois State.
MATCHDAY BASICS
The Sooners’ 2024 matches will be open to the public and free of charge. Due to the elimination of concessions, fans are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks. Free Rudy’s breakfast and pizza will be provided for the matches on Sunday. OU also follows a clear-bag policy.

PREPARED FOR TRIPLE-HEADER
Oklahoma has three ranked singles players in No. 89 Luiz Alvarez, No. 91 Alex Martinez and No. 125 Kholo Montsi. All three dominated the competition in their previous matches against UTSA, each winning in straight sets after earning big leads to start.
ORU’s Gustavo Pinho was named to the Summit League’s Players to Watch List alongside Illinois State’s Nam Pham, while UTA’s Joan Torres Espinosa is ranked No. 108 in ITA singles rankings.

The Sooners will travel to Knoxville, Tenn. to compete in the ITA Kickoff Weekend. They will face Washington on Saturday, Jan. 27 at 9 a.m. CT, followed by Tennessee or UCF on Sunday, Jan. 28.
