Christine McGuinness is apparently seeking the help of a fearsome celebrity divorce lawyer, also known as a ‘pitbull,’ as she navigates a multi-million-pound divorce settlement following her split from Paddy.
The 35-year-old television star and the 50-year-old broadcaster announced their separation in July 2022, after 11 years of marriage.
Despite their split, the amiable ex-couple continues to live together in their family home to care for their three autistic children: 10-year-old twins Felicity and Leo, and seven-year-old daughter Penelope.
Christine is determined to protect her £4 million home for herself and her children.
Catherine Bedford, 52, a well-known lawyer who handles high-profile cases, has represented celebrities such as Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner in her divorce from US pop singer Joe Jonas.
Catherine is also credited with assisting Lisa Armstrong, Ant McPartlin’s ex-wife, in obtaining a rumoured £31 million settlement in their divorce.
Catherine, known as a ‘pitbull’ in American media, is slated to represent Christine in London on Tuesday.
