Sophie Turner has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband, Joe Jonas, in an effort to get their two girls back to England.

The former Game of Thrones actor filed the lawsuit in a Manhattan court on Thursday, asking for “the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained,” according to papers obtained by Page Six.

In the statement, Turner says that the “wrongful retention” started on September 20.

Turner also says that she and the Jonas Brothers band member agreed over Christmas 2022 that they would make England their “forever home” and start looking for schools for their older daughter, Willa.

“The parties were both excited for the family’s move to England,” the papers say.
