ABILENE – Abilene Christian’s top doubles duo of Dario Kmet and Daniel Morozov earned Western Athletic Conference Men’s Tennis Doubles Team of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday.
 
Kmet, a senior from Sydney, Australia and Morozov, a junior from Joliet, Ill., played a big role in ACU’s upset win over Texas Tech. The pair won the No. 1 doubles match, defeating Reed Collier/Jonas Gundacker 6-4.
 
Along with his doubles win, Morozov took down No. 71 Ollie Wallin at No. 1 singles 6-4, 2-6, 7-6 (7-5) which gave the Wildcats a 3-2 lead at the time.
