Taylor Swift channeled her inner Audrey Hepburn on Tuesday night, wearing a stylish little black dress to a girls’ night out with Cara Delevingne and Brittany Mahomes.
The trio, who have grown remarkably close in recent months, were spotted having dinner at New York City’s famed Nobu sushi restaurant.
Swift, ever the fashionista, looked great in a long-sleeved, draped black minidress that accentuated her curves perfectly. She combined the dress with a statement gold-chained belt, dark tights, and platform boots to give her traditional look an edge.
Delevingne, on the other hand, went all-black with velvet trousers and a leather jacket for a more rock-and-roll look. Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, dressed sportily in a two-piece tweed suit with tights and stiletto boots.
The group appeared calm and joyful as they spoke and laughed into the night. Their appearance comes only days after they were pictured celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory against the Buffalo Bills at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. Mahomes, a vocal supporter of her husband’s team, even posted a selfie of herself, Swift, and Delevingne posing on the sidelines following the game.
Swift’s friendship with Delevingne and Mahomes may appear improbable at first glance, but the three women have bonded over their mutual passions for fashion, music, and female empowerment.
They’ve been seen together multiple times in recent months, including at a pre-Grammys brunch in February and a casual lunch in Los Angeles in May.
Their most recent release will undoubtedly stoke curiosity about a potential partnership. Fans have been clamoring for a single combining Swift, Delevingne, and Mahomes, and given their evident chemistry, it’s probably a possibility.
