Ariana Grande’s New Haircut Involves a Less Tight Version of Her Trademark High Ponytail

Since she became famous for her singing, Ariana Grande has been known for having a sleek, pulled-back ponytail that is way too high.

When she was 13, the singer and actress began to sing and act. But in 2010, she got her big break when she was cast as Cat, a girl with bright red hair, on the Nickelodeon TV show Victorious.

As a result of the show, the Thank U, Next singer’s music career took off, and she has been wearing a high pony for all of 2015. Grande has kept her original hair color as a brunette since her Nickelodeon show.

She did surprise her fans, though, when she dyed her hair blonde in October 2022 to prepare for her part as Glinda in the upcoming movie Wicked.

Even so, the singer of “Into You” seemed to be experimenting with her style more recently, giving her hair a more natural look.

In a recent social media post about her new foundations for r.e.m. beauty, the Dangerous Woman singer took some inspiration from the 1940s for her curled ponytail.

Grande wore a plaid dress and had her hair in a ponytail with a bow that matched her outfit. Her makeup was also kept simple to show off the beauty of her foundation, with just a touch of blush as a highlight. At the same time, brown cat-eye makeup was used to outline her eyes, and a shimmery gloss was put on her lips.

The casual look seemed like a nice change from all the other things going on in her life. The singer is getting a divorce from her now-ex-husband Dalton Gomez. They were married for two years.
