BAY CITY, MI — It may be cold and snowy outside, but inside Bay City’s Studio 23/The Arts Center it feels a little bit like summer.

The Studio 23 Plein Air Showcase, which began Thursday, Jan. 25, and continues through Saturday, Feb. 24, promises to bring art lovers a bit of sunshine and color during these final weeks of winter before spring arrives.
