Weather Continues to Cause Havoc, Privateer Tennis Matches at Jackson State Postponed – University of New Orleans Athletics

NEW ORLEANS – Both the men’s and women’s tennis matches scheduled on Sunday afternoon at Jackson State have been postponed due to inclement weather. A makeup date has not been announced for either match.

The weather has caused havoc for both tennis teams this week. Between the men’s and women’s teams there were five scheduled matches. Only one was played (men at LSU) and was moved indoors because of constant rain throughout the week.

The women have a bit of a break before traveling to West Florida on Feb. 10.

The men are back in action at the Cajuns Tennis Classic in Lafayette from Feb. 2-3.
