Ashley Park, the star of Emily in Paris, came to Instagram to thank her friends and family for their emotional support while she was in the hospital with acute septic shock.

The actress developed tonsillitis, which progressed to septic shock and had an inverse effect on her many organs.

On Sunday, January 28, the 32-year-old uploaded a series of photos of Lily Collins, as well as multiple flower bouquets and baskets delivered to the actress in hopes of her rapid recovery.

The actress who plays Emily’s best friend in Netflix’s popular show wrote a heartfelt note thanking her fans for their support, captioning it: “I’m deeply moved and thankful for your beautiful messages of support and comfort, your personal stories of sepsis and hospitalization, and truly to every person who has reached out with love.”

he said, “Every message has honestly boosted me into a quick and hopeful recovery.”

She also thanked her Emily in Paris family for their kind words and messages of affection.

Park expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her co-stars for their concern and kind comments as she stepped away from filming the show’s fourth season.
