Fine arts focus: Video production.
Adviser nomination: “Ashton has been a positive force in Video Productions 1. He has shown nice leadership qualities with his peers and has grown in his ability to tell a visual story. In addition, he has demonstrated a desire to take his work to the next level,” adviser Andrew Dwyer said.

Memorable fine arts achievement: Our final project, which was a short action comedy film.
Artist most admired: George Lucas.
What got you interested in video productions? I just thought it looked like a fun class to take and it would help me to learn about recording. I think it’s an important skill to have now that everyone has a handheld camera on their phone.
Do you have any projects you’re especially proud of? Our final project I am very proud of.
What do you enjoy most about your video productions class? The people, the freedom and I really enjoyed Dwyer as a teacher.
Dream job: Probably a nurse is what I’m going for, but dream job would probably be a doctor, or a pilot would be cool.
Extracurricular activities: Snowboarding mainly, but I also do a little bit of skateboarding. I also have run track in previous years, but I don’t know if I’m going to this year.
Favorite subject: Last semester was definitely video production, but this semester I’m enjoying Digital Photography.

Favorite movie: The whole “Star Wars” franchise.
Favorite TV show: “Breaking Bad.”
Favorite book: “The Hunger Games” by Suzanne Collins.
Favorite band/singer: Fleetwood Mac.
Favorite food: Cheeseburgers.
Hobbies: I suppose snowboarding and skateboarding are also my hobbies. I’ve put together a few computers, and I enjoy playing video games here and there.
