Thomas Bates and Phil Collins’ Ex-Wife Orianne Cevey Struggle to Sell Property

Orianne Cevey, who used to be married to Phil Collins, had trouble selling her waterfront home while going through a rough divorce from her third husband, former male escort Thomas Bates.

The papers say that the house had problems that didn’t go away, like dog poop all over the coffee tables in the living room.

It is known that Orianne Cevey smoked a lot of cigarettes inside, which made the 8,000-square-foot property smell like cigarettes for a long time, which upset her agent.

The house was put up for sale after it went into foreclosure because she couldn’t keep up with the loan payments.

Cevey first put the house on the market in August 2022 with a price of $10.95 million. Over time, he lowered the price until it was $8.49 million.

Thomas Bates, a struggling artist who met Orianne Cevey in Miami through an escort website, says that his ex-wife let their home fall into disrepair on purpose, which hurt the value of the property.

In a document that his lawyer sent to the Broward County Circuit Court, it says that a real estate agent told him that selling the house would be hard because of how it looked.

The court record lists a number of disturbing things about the house, such as a 3x3ft hole in the ceiling of the guest room that leaks water all the time, very bad landscaping, a pile of trash in front of the house, and a fruit fly infestation that won’t go away.
