The Wichita Falls Area Food Bank is pleased to welcome Megan McGowan who joined them Jan. 22, as their new nutrition services director.

Before coming to the food bank, McGowan was a nutritional health coach with Natural Grocers where she taught members of the local community how to cook healthy meals.
McGowan studied at the Culinard in Birmingham, Alabama, and is a certified holistic nutritionist and holistic health coach through the AFPA.
With the WFAFB, McGowan will be overseeing the nutrition education programs along with a new mobile teaching kitchen.
“We are excited to have Megan bring her skills and passion for nutritious foods to the Wichita Falls Area Food Bank,” the WFAFB said in a release.
