Seventeen’s Hoshi Makes a Substantial Donation Ahead of the Band’s Forthcoming Album and Tour

Hoshi from Seventeen voluntarily gave 100 million won to help underprivileged children and teenagers ahead of the K-pop band’s upcoming album and US tour.

He wanted to help those in need by donating teaching supplies to orphanages throughout the world.

This comes after the 27-year-old dancer teased about SEVENTEEN’s forthcoming endeavours, which include an album and a possible tour.

The South Korean musician announced the news during a live session on the South Korean social networking platform Weverse last month.

Hoshi and his family wished for the advancement of society and saw this as an opportunity to convey optimism.

Sharing his thoughts, he thanked his admirers, saying, “I wanted to share the love I’ve received with others.”

He went on to say, “My hope is to see children and teenagers, whether at home or abroad, thrive and grow healthily. As an artist, I am committed to being a positive influence and leading by example.”

The singer has always been aware of the living conditions of children in need.

Last year, he donated a record 100 million won, allowing him to become an active member of the Love Devotees Honor Society.
