After he broke up with Reese Witherspoon, Jim Toth met a new woman.

Jim, the former CAA agent, was seen out with a new woman soon after he and his ex-girlfriend broke up.

The 47-year-old star of “Legally Blonde” filed for a divorce from her husband Jim in April. They had been married for almost 12 years and had one child together.

Four months later, Toth, who is 52, is said to have moved on from the 47-year-old Oscar winner.

Wednesday, a source told PEOPLE that the former CAA agent was seen in Costa Rica with an unknown woman having a “romantic” vacation.

Someone in the know said, “Jim was staying with a new girlfriend at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica. They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe. It was definitely romantic.”

Jim and Reese got married on March 26, 2011, and had a prenuptial agreement. Just a few days before their 12th wedding anniversary, they told everyone that they were getting a divorce.

In a joint statement, the couple said that they had made the “difficult” choice to break up after “a lot of care and thought.”

They talked about the “many wonderful years” they had spent together and promised to move forward “with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect.”

After a week, the star from “Walk the Line” filed for divorce.
