Britney Spears Allegedly Gets a Visit From Police After Knife Video

After Britney Spears posted a video of a knife on social media, police allegedly went to her house. Spears often posts videos of herself dancing at home on her Instagram. She recently posted one in which she was dancing with knives. In the comment, she said, “I started playing in the kitchen with knives today!!! Don’t worry they are NOT real knives !!! Halloween is soon!!!” She also stopped people from responding to the post.

Now, TMZ says that many people who were worried about Spears’ safety called the cops after seeing the knife clip. Ventura County Sheriff’s Department officers went to Spears’ house to make sure she was okay and to be safe. They talked to her and decided that she was not a threat to herself or anyone else. They then left. At this point, neither Spears nor any of her representatives have said anything about the police check.

This is not the first time that cops have checked up on Spears this year. When Spears deleted her Instagram in January, cops were called to her house. Even though she has shut down her account before, TMZ said that fans were worried about her social media quiet and asked the authorities to check on her health. When deputies from the sheriff’s office went to Spears’ house, they found that she was not in any immediate danger or crisis.

In answer to this, Spears used social media to tell her fans off, calling the calls a “prank.” She also told her fans to stop getting in her business. “As everyone knows the police were called to my home based on some prank phone calls, the Crossroads actress wrote. “I love and adore my fans but this time things went a little too far and my privacy was invaded.”
