Adele has gotten a lot of attention on the internet since she announced that her popular Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace would continue.
The 34-year-old Easy On Me singer told the world on Saturday. The singer of “Hello” was going to end her Vegas residency this weekend, but she has now said she will be back in June.
Adele’s latest news came soon after she said she wanted to stop performing for good after the controversy over the postponed residency.
The singer of “Rolling in the Deep” took the stage on March 25 and told the crowd about the surprise. She also hinted that she will be filming her concerts for people who can’t get to see her live.
Adele said in a video that was posted on Twitter, “Playing to 4,000 people for 34 nights is not enough, and I know that. I know it’s not enough. So I’m coming back.”
“I’ll be back in June for a few weeks to film it. I’m going to put it out there so that everyone who wants to see this can. Then I’ll come back from vacation. She said, “From August until the end of fall.”
Adele’s announcement comes after she said she almost stopped performing after her Las Vegas residency was moved to January 2022 at the last minute.
Adele talked about the controversy at her show on Friday. “I’m sure you’ve heard it got off to a very rough start,” she said. I had the nerve to stand up for myself and say that something wasn’t right for me a year and a half ago. And it was a mess.”
“I disappointed a lot of people, but if I had disappointed myself, I probably wouldn’t have seen you again.
“This has been a real highlight of my life for four months. So it’s great that you’re here.”
