Phillip Schofield looks somber when accusations arose that he made a large payment to his younger girlfriend in order to keep their connection secret.

The former This Morning host, who left the show in May, was photographed walking with his daughter Molly, 30, in West London while cradling a new dog in his arms.

The 61-year-old, dressed in a navy padded jacket, a grey sweatshirt, blue trousers, and Chelsea boots, cuddled the black dog on Saturday.

Molly, dressed in a trench coat and jeans, stood by her father’s side, expressing steadfast support in the aftermath of the scandal that ended his long-running broadcasting career.

Schofield reportedly paid his former colleague, who is 34 years his junior, a six-figure payment to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prohibiting talk of their affair.

Schofield has kept out of the spotlight since confessing to the affair and deceiving his ITV bosses in an honest interview with the Mail last May.
