Brian Youn has joined DLA Piper as a partner in the finance, projects, and restructuring practice in Seoul, the firm said Monday.

Youn, who joins from Milbank, advises major financial institutions, including Korean ECAs, sponsors, investment advisers, investment banks, and airlines, according to DLA Piper.

He has experience in financing the development of EV and large-scale energy, oil and gas, and mining projects, said the firm.
