PEORIA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) — A busy West Valley intersection is closed during morning rush hour traffic after crash left a pedestrian seriously hurt on Wednesday morning.
According to Peoria police, the person was hit by a car near 75th and Peoria avenues around 7:30 a.m. The victim was then rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver stayed at the scene and investigators are working to determine if speed or impairment were involved in the collision.
