Devin Ratray, Star of ‘Home Alone’, Has Pleaded Guilty to Domestic Violence in Oklahoma

Devin Ratray, best known for his role as Buzz in the famous film Home Alone, has pled guilty to two counts of domestic abuse, ending a lengthy legal struggle in Oklahoma.

Despite the serious nature of the allegations, the 47-year-old actor avoided jail.

According to TMZ, Ratray’s sentence includes three years of probation, enrollment in a Batterers Intervention Program, and a mandated drug/alcohol assessment.

Furthermore, he is required to pay court costs and have no contact with the victim, who is named as his former girlfriend.

In a virtual court hearing with his legal counsel, he confronted the repercussions of his actions.

This news follows the actor’s recent hospitalization, which left him in critical condition.

Fortunately, he has now been discharged and is allegedly recovering at home following doctor’s orders.

The court case dates back to December 2021, when Ratray was arrested on domestic violence charges for allegedly hitting his fiancée at an Oklahoma motel.

The brawl apparently arose from an argument started at a bar after his fiancée failed to charge two female fans for his autograph.

When they returned to their hotel room, the Home Alone star allegedly assaulted his partner, choking her and issuing scary threats.

Despite the chaos, the victim heroically fought back, biting his hand in a desperate plea for rescue.

Devin allegedly punched his girlfriend after he stopped choking her.
