MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) – A man was arrested last week after going behind the counter at Subway to make and eat his own food.

On February 20th, police were dispatched to a Subway on High Street in Morgantown for a disturbance.

Witnesses told police that a man identified as David Clark entered the Subway, went behind the counter, and started to make and eat food.

Court documents say that staff tried to tell him to leave, but fled the restaurant after he “raised his fists in a threatening manner” and began making threats to them.

When police arrived on scene, they say they found Clark outside with unpaid for food in his mouth, growling at people in the area.

David Clark is being held at NCRJ on a bond of $5,000.
