WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A local baker will be featured on Food Network’s most popular show.

The 10th season of the Spring Baking Championship starts tonight. One of the contestants is a frequent guest on FOX8. Anna Simeonides bakes for FOX8’s Recipe Wednesday segments. She owns To Your Health Bakery in Winston-Salem.

Anna will be one of twelve contestants competing for the $25,000 prize and title of Spring Baking Champion.  Her competitors are pastry chefs from around the world. Each week, the bakers will be given a timed challenge.

At the end of each episode, the least successful baker will be eliminated. Shannon Smith stopped by Anna’s bakery to talk about the show and what we can expect.
