NORWOOD, New York (WWNY) – Jake Backus is sure he’s chosen the right career path.
“Coming to BOCES and going through the auto tech program has helped me learn that this is definitely the path I want to go with my career.”
The Canton student studies automotive technology at Seaway Tech in Norwood. He’s this week’s Career-Tech All-Star.
He says completing a repair job successfully is a good feeling.
“You know that you fixed it, that you got whatever you were working on completed and now it’s usable for you or someone else.”
