CLAY COUNTY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol said nobody was injured when a trooper’s car was hit over the weekend by a driver suspected to be under the influence.
In a Facebook post, MSHP said a Clay County trooper was performing a routine traffic stop on Saturday when his vehicle was hit by another driver. That driver is believed to have been intoxicated.
“Thankfully, no one was injured,” MSHP wrote, followed by the hashtags “DriveSober” and “MoveOver.”
