Formerly reliant on manual inspection, the system now boasts 99.9% detection accuracy. Robotic arms work swiftly and reliably, supported by stable data analysis and real-time risk alerts.
At the system’s core are 3D structured light industrial cameras with 360-degree panoramic stereoscopic imaging technology. This enables accurate real-time detection of glue strips, ensuring micro-level uniformity, continuity, and positional accuracy. The system eradicates blind spots, ensuring flawless performance in various environments.

As China’s pioneering AI company with optics, mechanics, electronics, algorithms, and software expertise, Theseus has seen its intelligent vision equipment extensively used in the automotive, semiconductor, and biomedical sectors.
