Fashion week attendees embraced street style with real gusto this season, delivering plenty of outfit inspiration to take on board for spring. Vogue photographer Phil Oh was on the ground in New York, London, Milan and Paris to capture the happenings outside the autumn/winter 2024 shows, which saw guests dress for different weather conditions across the month, from sunny skies in the Big Apple to rain in the City of Light.

During fashion month, British Vogue’s head of editorial content Chioma Nnadi finished her outfits with flashes of silver in the form of jackets, metallic leather trousers and Wales Bonner’s Adidas Sambas.

The barn jacket

The barn jacket is a worthy addition to your wardrobe this season, as demonstrated by Tracee Ellis Ross at the Prada show in Milan. Prada’s version, which debuted on the spring/summer 2024 runway, is a fashion-crowd favourite, but you’ll find plenty of worn-in styles at vintage stores.
