GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — Officers with the Gulf Shores Police Department responded to a report of six vehicle break-ins on Wednesday.
According to a police department spokesperson, the vehicles were broken into early morning Wednesday in the area of West Beach Boulevard.

Authorities said the alleged thieves gained entry into two vehicles by breaking the windows, and the four others were left unlocked.
According to police, the thefts occurred at 200 West 4th Ave., 201 West 4th Ave., 605 West Beach Blvd. and 801 West Beach Blvd.
Police believe there could have been four individuals involved in the car break-ins.
“The suspects are described as a male, dark complexion, lean build, wearing a dark colored hoodie sweatshirt, grey cargo shorts, dark colored Croc style shoes, and a black balaclava style mask over his face,” a release said. “The other subject appeared to be a male, light complexion, wearing a white T-shirt, a green Bass Pro hat, dark jeans, and skateboard style shoes. This subject had visible tattoos on his left forearm. At this time, there are no descriptions for the two other suspects.”
Police advised residents to lock their vehicles and keep valuables out of sight.
