Uphoria 2024: From Fashion Shows To Musical Performance, Day 2 Of Bennett University’s Annual Cultural Fest

Bennett University, Greater Noida: Cultural festivities continued on 16th March as Bennett University’s annual fest Uphoria 2024‘s 2nd day showcased the fervor of students across Delhi NCR who took part in various events. From fashion and talent shows to a full stage musical performance, the air was electrified with the energy from the previous night.

Mr. and Ms. Uphoria: The Prowess of Students:

The highlight of day 2 was Mr. and Ms. Uphoria, the talent show where students presented their knowledge and talents in various walks of life, showing skills and adaptability to the judges for a chance to win the respective titles. The event started with a ramp walk which led to the contestants showcasing their hobbies and interests on stage; finally, the event concluded with a Q and A round with the judges to test the general knowledge of each participant.

Musical Drama: The collaboration of performers:

The highlight performance was the collaboration of 3 student clubs to bring to the stage ‘Masle-e-Mohabbat’, the musical play. Showing stories of dramatic family scenes along with classical and modern songs, with elements of humor, dark themes and quirky dances, the stage received resounding love from the audience for the show.

A Plethora of Competitions and Events:

The second day of this cultural extravaganza held many key events, from Fitoor, the stage play to Rockmania, the battle of the bands. These events were judged by Rahull Bhuchar, Vidhushi Mehra, and Sarannya Sharrma. The teams and individuals from universities around NCR showcased their talents and passion in various arts and performances making for a truly moving and invigorating day to a fest aptly themed Band Baaja Baaraat.

Band Baaja DJ Night:

The DJ Mr. Professor’s beats brought life to the night and had the students jumping till midnight with revitalized tunes of old classics as well as new twists to recent jams. The night was full of hype till the end of Day 2 of the festivities with a fitting energy leading to Day 3 of the annual fest.
