New Documentary Series Laura Whitmore Discusses Mental Health Support

Laura Whitmore is going from being a TV host to doing investigative journalism. She has said that she has been in therapy since ITVX gave her a new documentary series called Laura Whitmore Investigates.

The former star of “Love Island” breathed a sigh of relief when she found out that she would be a producer in her new investigative show instead of the face of another TV show.

After getting more power in the TV world, the 38-year-old TV host said he would tell it like it is.

She said that not being in charge of her previous projects made her feel helpless and angry, and she sees her new investigative documentary series as a way to “reclaim her power.”

According to Dailymail, the TV host said that she has been going to therapy since she was first offered the show. She also said she had never asked for help with her mental health because she didn’t want to look weak.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Laura Whitmore said, “Sometimes your job is to turn up and look in a certain way and I have worked on multiple projects where I had no control over production or script.”

Laura Whitmore Investigates is a new documentary series that will look at dark topics like online safety and toxic masculinity.

In the three-part ITVX series, Laura will meet people who have been cyberstalked and then go on to look into other tough issues.
