Hugh Jackman Rejoices Over Negative Biopsies

Hugh Jackman called for a party after two biopsies recently showed that he did not have skin cancer.

The 54-year-old star of “Wolverine” toasted his good health with two martinis a few days after writing on his Instagram Story, “MY BIOPSIES CAME BACK. NEGATIVE!!!”

On Easter Sunday, Jackman went on Instagram and posted a video of himself drinking a martini at a restaurant as a way to celebrate.

In the video, the actor from Logan put the glass to his mouth and said, “Number two down,” while holding up two fingers and smiling widely.

Jackman, who is going to play Wolverine again in Deadpool 3, just wrote “A rare occasion” as the caption.

The winner of the Golden Globe also thanked fans and the media for getting the word out and showing their support.

Jackman’s latest post on social media came a few days after he said that his best friend in Hollywood, Russell Crowe, helped him get the iconic Wolverine role in the X-Men franchise.

In an interview, Jackman called the Gladiator actor a “good man and a great friend” and said that he had helped him in “countless ways” during his career.
