When it comes to celeb-loved skincare, there is one product that has attracted attention recently; the Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre.

If you’re wondering whether the French Cream is worth trying out for yourself, then The Mirror’s Bethan Shufflebotham recently tested it out. The Fashion & Beauty Writer has since hailed it as a “staple” in her skincare routine since she first tried it in 2022.
Bethan said: “I first tried out the cream for myself in March 2022, and it’s been a staple on my skincare and makeup routine ever since. I initially bought a smaller 30ml bottle, and once I used it all up, snapped up the larger size, which I’m still using. A little goes a really long way with this cream, and the tubes last so long – so much so that the packaging has even had a revamp since my last repurchase.”

She added that the consistency was “relatively thin, but not watery”, which she said made “it easy to spread around my face after cleansing”. Overall, the writer found that the cream “felt very satiny without any greasy residue” and also gave her skin ” a healthy sheen”.
Bethan went on to add: “I typically keep it in my makeup bag and use it before makeup. It helps my base go on like a dream and gives me a dewy finish to make my skin look fresh and healthy. Sometimes, especially in the winter months, I’ll use a thicker layer at night for a deeper, more repairing mask that sees ingredients like shea butter, beeswax and aloe vera work overnight.”
