SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – With the start of the college basketball season less than a month away, the West Coast Conference officially announced the league’s television schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 men’s basketball season on Thursday morning.
For San Francisco, the Dons will be featured on a national network ten times, which includes six games on CBS Sports Network and four games on ESPN Networks. Notably, the green and gold will appear on CBSSN first when USF battles Grand Canyon in game one of the Arizona Tip-Off tournament on November 17. A total of 34 games will be nationally televised as part of the WCC’s long-term agreements with ESPN and CBS Sports, with 17 regular season games and five games in the WCC Men’s Basketball Championship on ESPN networks, and 12 regular season contests on CBS Sports Network. In addition to the 34 games in the Conference’s national television package, WCC teams will make 13 appearances on national television in non-conference play.
The WCC will once again be a featured part of ESPN’s coverage with 14 conference games appearing on ESPN networks. In addition to 10 games on Thursdays and Saturdays, WCC men’s hoops will be featured on three Tuesday telecasts and one Wednesday telecast during conference play.
