Eleven top technicians from across the United States competed in Detroit, Michigan to be crowned the 2023 Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper Technician of the Year.
Jose Zuniga, of their very own Rick’s Automotive, was chosen to represent 4M Parts Warehouse. Zuniga was excited to be a part of this prestigious automotive industry competition and enjoyed an afternoon of racing at Detroit’s Champion Motor Speedway and toured the assembly line at the Ford Rouge factory. He and the other finalists were celebrated at an awards reception and dinner at the Henry Ford Museum.

Rick’s also works hard to stay up to date on new technologies. To this end, in 2022 Rick’s Automotive built a brand-new Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Calibration shop. It is the only ADAS Calibration shop in Cleburne. Rick’s Automotive hires only ASE certified technicians and in most cases can provide factory scheduled maintenance to your vehicle.
“Today’s cars and trucks are more like computers on wheels and it takes a highly trained technician to do the job properly,” said Rick Ruback, owner of Rick’s Automotive.
Ruback is on the advisory board with the Hill County/Snap On automotive school in Cleburne and Ruback and his staff attend automotive classes every month to keep current on automotive technology.
Rick’s Automotive was once again voted the Nov. 1 One Auto Repair Shop in Johnson County in 2023. Rick’s Automotive was also voted Best of the Best in Diesel Repair and Rick’s Wrecker Service was voted Best of the Best in Towing Service.
