Holly Willoughby shared the secret to a happy marriage as she and her husband Daniel Baldwin get ready to celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary.

The This Morning star, who is 42, got married to her husband on August 4, 2007, at Amberley Castle in Sussex. Since then, they have had three children together.

Now, Holly has talked about her marriage to TV director Dan, who is 48, and reminisced about their wedding day, which was 16 years ago.

She told them that the key to their happiness is making sure they always “carve out real time” for each other.

Holly said in a weekly message for her lifestyle brand Wylde Moon, “August happens to be the month I got married, so it’s always a nostalgic time for Dan and I.”

This year will mark 16 years, which seems crazy in a lot of ways. I think a lot about us and what keeps us together. Every couple is different, and what works for one may not work for another.

Holly talked about her ‘fairytale’ wedding day when she and Dan celebrated their 15th anniversary last year.
