In India, the first of the 7 voting phases for the Lok Sabha elections begins this Friday. With at least 64 countries (plus the European Union) holding elections in 2024, this truly is the election year. Sensible voting indeed is the key for a better future, and so is the selection of technology roadmap and policies for a sustainable industry, and planet.

Indian LCV market gets a new market entry

The next player marking its foray in the emerging electric truck market is the Indian arm of the world’s largest truck maker Daimler India Commercial Vehicles. The company says India’s CO2-neutral propulsion technology market is still in its infancy and therefore has tremendous scope in the long term.
