The development aims to provide free services including grocery assistance, SNAP, utility assistance, employment services, and other programs for low-income families.

Those with the Lutheran Social Services of Nevada say the pantry will bring the community closer together in times of need.

Since 1985, Lutheran Social Services of Nevada annually helped more than 38,000 clients break free from poverty, homelessness, and hunger.
