When you think of summer, you think of fun, adventure, and playfulness, right? Exactly. The same goes for summer fashion and of course, summer jewelry. This season, we’ll be hitting the beach in the cutest outfits, wearing colorful gems and bringing in bits of florals and shells to every look. It’s the quirkiness we all need—yes, including me!
This season on the runways, I saw bright, beaded jewelry across all accessory categories. For example, Ferragamo and Carven had beads hanging from bags. Ear cuffs have been having a moment on the runway, too. This accessory is so perfect for when you wear your hair up during those hot summer humid days. This summer, we’re also layering necklaces—especially, with a tee or an easy linen dress. Finally, I can’t forget about the shells and sea creature details I saw that are ideal to pair with a seaside holiday (lil mermaid, is that you?)! Scroll through to find your summer jewelry inspiration.
Colorful Beads
Summer is all about tasting seeing the rainbow. Vibrant jewelry is a fun way to bring more interest to any outfit this summer. Try layering different colored pieces to maximize your look.
Ear Cuffs
Add a bit of edginess to your ear game with these cuffs seen all over the runway.
Everything Floral
The flower and rosettes craze is not over. Bring them to your ears, neck, ankles, and fingers, because, why not?
Layered Necklaces
Summer is about layering all of your neck jewelry—from chokers to pendants to anything in between.
Oceanic Influence
Sea creatures and shells are such a summer staple. This season, we saw oversized water creatures from Schiaparelli, shell anklets from Casablanca, and shell pendants from Roberto Cavalli. And you will see them all on me, I fear!
