Dominican Grocery Store, 200 Lehman St. Lebanon, Follow-up, Oct. 11. Pass. A pan of clean food utensils, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected. The fan covers on the walk-in cooler evaporator have a slight amount of built-up residue. A shelf in the room by the walk-in cooler, a non-food contact surface, is not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.
