Margot Robbie Talks About the Childhood Dream She Never Had


Margot Robbie recently stunned her fans by saying that she wanted to be a “magician” as a child. This came after she wowed audiences around the world with her acting skills in Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie.

In a recently discovered interview, the face of Barbie discussed her childhood and experiences growing up in Australia.

Robbie disclosed her personal history in a 2016 interview with Vanity Fair, stating that she was reared in Gold Coast, Australia, a city located 500 miles north of Sydney on the Pacific coast.

The Suicide Squad actress revealed that her father was a farmer and that her mother was a physiotherapist. She also stated that she predominantly resided with her family in a region where dingoes and kangaroos may devour your infant.

The 33-year-old actress stated that she dislikes discussing it because it promotes stereotypes.

The I, Tonya actor disclosed, “When I was a kid, I had tricks that I thought were quite good. I was going to be a magician.”

She continued by stating that she was unaware that acting was a profession and that she believed only those born in Hollywood were actors.

Margot stated that despite acting in school, she never made the decision or had aspirations to become an actress.
