David Choe, star of Netflix’s Beef, appears to have filed a copyright revocation of the podcast video in which he jokes about being a rapist.

In the 2014 film that has resurfaced, the actor brags about his inappropriate behavior toward a massage therapist. Meecham Whitson Meriweather and Aura Bogado uploaded an excerpt from the DVDASA podcast episode Erection Quest.

However, both videos were ultimately removed after receiving a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act that was lodged by Choe himself, as the DVDASA podcast is his.

This is not the first time that these snippets have surfaced and received heavy criticism, with the actor defending his statement by claiming that his words were misinterpreted and that the clips “do not reflect my reality.”
