Top Canadian and French musicians are paying tribute to Celine Dion’s 1995 record “D’eux,” which was written and produced by Jean-Jacques Goldman and is the best-selling French-language album of all time.

The worldwide rights to the TV show “Pour toi Céline: Tribute to the Album D’eux,” which was made by SISMYK as part of the Super Franco Fête, have been given to Amuz Distribution. On September 3, the tribute will be recorded on the Agora stage in the Port of Quebec and shown on TVA in Quebec and the M6 Group stations in France.

Some of the artists at the homage are Isabelle Boulay, Corneille, Roch Voisine, Véronic DiCaire, Amir, Christophe Willem, Élodie Frégé, Anggun, Chimène Badi, Mario Pelchat, Bruno Pelletier, Camille Lellouche, Vincent Niclo, Axelle Red, Ycare, and Anne Sila.

They will make new versions of the songs from the record “D’eux” and other songs they worked on with Goldman. Some of Dion’s closest friends, like Scott Price, who has been her musical director since 2015, will be on stage with the artists. Price will be in charge of the music and will be helped by musicians and backup singers from Dion’s Las Vegas show.

For those who don’t know, Dion has put off the Courage world tour because she is still dealing with Stiff-Person Syndrome, a rare neurological disease. From 2022, the times were moved up.
