Ananant Systems Joins IESA to Drive Innovation in Electronics and Semiconductors


Ananant Systems, a semiconductor and wireless systems company, has recently announced its membership with the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), marking a significant step towards bolstering the country’s chip manufacturing ambitions. Chitranjan Singh, the CEO of Ananant Systems, emphasized the company’s global outlook and its alignment with local partners, such as IESA, aiming to position India as a leader in the global wireless technology landscape while nurturing self-reliance.

India’s semiconductor market is poised for substantial growth, projected to reach $64 billion by 2026. Neil Shah, Research Vice President at Counterpoint Research, emphasized the need for a robust ecosystem of indigenous semiconductor companies to support India’s digital aspirations. He highlighted the significance of companies like Ananant Systems, which design advanced semiconductor systems locally, in driving this ecosystem forward.

By developing high-performance solutions at lower costs domestically for wireless infrastructure and various ICT applications, such companies have the potential to capitalize on multi-billion-dollar opportunities. Ananant Systems’ membership with IESA signals its commitment to contributing to India’s semiconductor industry growth and realizing the nation’s digital ambitions on the global stage.
