A food truck event is coming to Paramus this weekend, promising food, music and a way to support the local volunteer fire department.

The event will run on Sunday, Oct. 29, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Paramus Pool parking lot at 530 Van Binsberger Blvd. Admission costs $5 per person or $10 for a family of two or more people. All the proceeds will go to the Paramus Fire Department.

The participating food trucks will include:

• Rolling Pita
• Chef J’s Latin Dragon
• Empanada Mania
• Chicken Wings and Things
• Eat My Balls
• Ora Pizza
• Merc of NJ
• The Brownie Bar
• The Ice Cream Lady
• House of Cupcakes

Firetrucks will be on display at the event, music will be provided by The School of Rock from Waldwick, and there will be a visit from the mascot character Sparky the Fire Dog.
