Jennifer Lopez ‘thinner than ever’ amid Ben Affleck divorce rumors


Jennifer Lopez may be facing relationship troubles with rumors suggesting that her marriage with Ben Affleck is over, but she is staying positive by keeping in shape.

The 54-year-old believes she is in the best shape of her life after working out for her next upcoming movie ‘Kiss Of The Spider Woman’.

The Puerto Rican singer has shown off fabulous figure over the past week after attending the premiere for her sci-fi thriller Atlas in both Los Angeles and Mexico.

Affleck was conspicuous by his absence but Lopez looked untroubled on the red carpet, wearing outfits that exposed her skin and left little to the imagination.

The ‘This Is Me… Now’ star now reportedly weighs around 120lbs at 5ft3in and claims she is the “thinnest I’ve ever been”. From her point of view, it’s a reward for her hard work in the gym.

The actress works out three days a week with her two personal trainers and often changes her routines to keep herself motivated.

Speaking on ‘Live With Kelly and Mark’ earlier this month, Lopez told hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos: “I just finished [filming] a movie called Kiss of the Spider Woman where it was all singing and dancing, which was equal parts exhilarating and exhausting as well.

“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been. I’m in fighting shape right now.”

On Tuesday, her personal trainers Dodd Romero and Tracy Anderson praised the 54-year-old Bronx native stays in such great shape.

“Jennifer’s in better shape now than she’s ever been,” Romero told UsWeekly. “She’s tough [and] really doesn’t ever complain about anything. Wherever I tell her to go, she’ll go.”

Resistance training is the center of Lopez’s rapid transformation, as she undergoes a grueling program put together by her trainers Dodd Romero and Tracy Anderson.

Lopez includes three sets of hanging ab raises, rope crunches and weighted sumo-style plié squats. The trainer also shared that JLo likes to tone her glutes. Her favorite workout is a ‘supportive lunge.’

Lopez is also very careful about what she eats and tends to stay away sugar and dairy, but still treats herself now and then. “As you get older, you have to be more strict,” Romero added.
