Berks Alliance will host a webinar entitled “Spotlight on the Berks Biomedical Innovation Collaborative” via Zoom on Thursday, June 13, from noon to 1 p.m.

The Berks Biomedical Innovation Collaborative is a group of area higher education institutions, medical institutions, life science companies, venture investors, and related professionals in the Greater Berks County region focused on fostering innovation and entrepreneurial activity in life science, medicine, health, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and related disciplines. They support both start-up and existing life-science businesses, making local connections to facilitate research and commercialization projects. In addition, they focus on developing, attracting, and empowering talent in the life-sciences in our region. They also promote projects that focus on improving health outcomes, addressing healthcare inequities and assisting local underserved populations.
