Six Additional Employees Have Accused Lizzo of Sexual Harassment

After three former backup dancers sued her last week, she is allegedly being looked into for harassment claims made by six more employees.

Lawyers for the case against Lizzo told Page Six on Wednesday that they were “reviewing and vetting new complaints from at least six people with similar stories” who had worked with her.

Attorney Ron Zambrano said that his company is looking into the experience of dancers who worked with the Truth Hurts singer on her reality show, Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.

In a statement to the outlet, Zambrano praised the first three accusers for “bravely” coming out and sharing their stories, which “opening the door for others to feel empowered to do the same.”

The lawyer said that the new accusations against Lizzo, which could be “actionable,” are of a “sexually charged environment” and not paying employees.

Last week, three dancers from the Grammy winner’s former backup group came forward and said that the singer made them feel bad about their bodies, harassed them sexually, and made the workplace unsafe.

In response to the claims, the Good as Hell singer called them “outrageous,” saying, “My work ethic, morals, and respectfulness have been questioned. My character has been criticized.”

She wrote that she is not a “villain” and that she never wants to make anyone feel uncomfortable or like they aren’t an important part of the team.

“I am hurt but I will not let the good work I’ve done in the world be overshadowed by this,” she said. “I want to thank everyone who has reached out in support to lift me up during this difficult time.”
