If fanboy rumors are correct, Taylor could soon dazzle movie audiences in the much anticipated Deadpool & Wolverine.
There have been plenty of clues that Taylor could make a cameo in the upcoming Marvel comic book movie.
The 34-year-old is already a dead-ringer for a mutant named Dazzler, a hit music maker by day who can also convert sound vibrations into various forms of light – like laser blasts and strobe flashes.
The rumor mill has been churning hard, especially after the Florida!!! singer was spotted throughout the past year hanging out with stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.

She also spent time with the Marvel movie’s director, Shawn Levy.
Taylor does have several acting credits to her illustrious resume, including roles in Cats, The Giver, Valentine’s Day, and more.
And Taylor, the queen of dropping subtle hints, may have alluded to the role in a lyric from her song Clara Bow, part of her new The Tortured Poets Department album.
The track, which just so happens to be the very last song from her album, ends with the very last line, “The future’s bright… dazzling.”

Fans will have to wait until July 26 for Deadpool & Wolverine on the screen.

Director Taika Waititi brought a more light-hearted take to the Thor franchise when he came on board for Thor: Ragnarok.
He also provided one of the most surprising cameo scenes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Early in the film, Thor returns to his home world of Asgard, where citizens are enjoying a theatrical retelling of the end of Thor: The Dark World, in which Loki, Thor’s brother, appears to sacrifice himself.
Several famous celebrities made up the cast of the play, though they were heavily hidden under makeup and wigs.

Matt Damon played the trickster Loki, while Chris Hemsworth’s actual older brother, Luke, takes on the role of the Thunder God.
Jurassic Park vet Sam O’Neil rounded out the cast as Allfather Odin.

The response to the surprise cameos was overwhelming. And in a case of if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, the next chapter, Thor: Love and Thunder, only added to the list.
Matt, Luke, and Sam all returned in their respective roles to this time recap the events of Thor: Ragnarok, which ended with a battle against Thor’s long-lost evil sister, Hela.
For that role, Melissa McCarthy donned the goddess’ green helmet.

There is precedent for a surprise cameo in a Deadpool movie – especially after Brad Pitt’s memorable one-second scene in Deadpool 2.
In the sequel, Wade Wilson forms his own group of X-Men, known as X-Force.
Among them is the hero The Vanisher, who, as his name suggests, is invisible.
It isn’t until The Vanisher has an unfortunate run-in with some live power wires that he turns tangible – and it’s revealed the character has been “played” by Brad all along.
Brad’s screentime amounts to a single shot lasting about a second, as he is electrocuted on the wires.

Former Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus put on a different type of disguise when she voiced a robot in Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2.
The singer lends her voice to the robot Mainframe, a space pirate.
However, Miley’s character doesn’t actually appear on film until one of the bonus stinger scenes, when the Ravagers come together to mourn Yondu.
Miley has one lone line, uttered to her fellow pirates, “I miss you guys so much.”

Before brothers Joe and Anthony Russo sent The Avengers chasing after Infinity Stones, they oversaw a different group of actors – the study group in the NBC comedy, Community.
Stars from the show would make frequent trips across the multiverse to Marvel movies, starting with Danny Pudi.
The actor, who played the quirky Abed Nadir on the television show, made a surprise appearance in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the brother’s first Marvel venture.
Danny played a S.H.I.E.L.D. technician named Moore in the Captain America sequel, who chews up some screen time with Steve Rogers himself, actor Chris Evans.

The Russo brothers would be invited back to direct the Marvel Cinematic Universe crescendo – Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
And once again, they invited a Community alum along for the ride.
This time, it was Ken Jeong, who was practically unrecognizable as the security guard in Endgame who first sees and releases Ant Man from an impound lot, kicking off the events that would eventually bring back half of the world’s population.
So in a way, Ken saved the universe.

Yvette Nicole Brown completed the Community trifecta with a surprise cameo in Avengers: Endgame.
The actress, who played Shirley on the show, shared an elevator in the 1970s with a time-traveling Captain America and Iron Man.
Although her character, which she herself named Phyllis Jenkins, was only in one brief scene, Yvette has plans in place for a spinoff.
“She should go back in time, and they should do like a buddy comedy with her back there,” she previously told Comicbook.com. “We know that Captain America came back there for a while and he could take off from there. That’s what I say.”

Classic movies like Footloose were a big influence on the small boy, so it was no surprise when his alien friends wanted to give him the ultimate ’80s holiday present.
What was a surprise was who that present was – Footloose star Kevin Bacon.
Kevin plays himself in the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special and previously revealed he relishes the chance to spoof his own image.
