SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – An organizer with Shreveport Exotic Car Meets is helping raise money for the family of 16-year-old Cole Moore.

Moore died on Friday, May 24 as the result of a wreck with an 18-wheeler.

Organizer Daniel Scroggins says Moore enjoyed driving his Camero and attending the car meet-ups. He has started a GoFundMe to help with the funeral and services.

The group is also dedicating their upcoming “Cars & Coffee” event in honor of the teen. It will take place at 10 a.m. on June 8 in the Starbucks parking lot on Line Avenue.
